Rep. Frese, along with Sen. Tracy, welcomed Miss Quincy, Nicole Taylor, to the capitol for Conservation Day. Nicole, a Marketing major at Quincy University, and also a Bow Technician and serves in Marketing Management at GameMasters, has cultivated partnerships with various organizations involved in conservation efforts.
